It has been tastefully converted from a large detached house into a well equipped adult party venue providing mixed swinger and singles events. The venue is spread over two floors with the upstairs floor divided into five, play-rooms. The ground floor area consists of lounge, dining, kitchen areas. There is also a fully equipped dungeons.
There is a marquee in the grounds for use on warmer nights.
The hot tub is outdoors and is very popular on warmer nights with adult parties often kicking off here before spreading to play-rooms.
Guests who think they might want to use the hot tub are advised to bring their own towels.
A locker room is available on the first floor. For a £5 deposit, guests are issued their own which can be used to open the locker and retrieve belongings whenever they are ready to leave. Whilst the system is secure, the venue advises guests not to bring any valuables with them to the adult parties.

Parties start at 9pm and
guests can stay overnight if they wish, provided they bring a sleeping bag.
